Please note that the request for a refund has to be reported within 3 working days after receipt of orders as we will not make a refund if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within 3 working days after the order was received.

www.primetimemart.com is for delivery of products to customers both globally and within our jurisdiction through our delivery agent like DHL, ARAMAX, UPS AND EMS. i.e we deliver worldwide. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. After the completion of order from our website, we shipping to order destinations within 3-7days.
